      <image:caption>I have been studying and practicing physical fitness for as long as I can remember. From the weight room of my HS Football team to playing Rugby in college and in NYC, I have a knack for making fitness fun, challenging, and accessible. I believe to be healthy you must be honest and reflect on the ‘why’ that drives you toward your desired goal. As your trainer, it’s my duty to empower you with the confidence and support to maximize your body’s fullest potential. Life is not just about about abs or your next Instagram post. Realizing your own definition of good health is just one piece to a larger puzzle. You will find my approach to coaching is grounded in being strong both mentally and physically using a variety of different training styles and movements that will transcend into your day-to-day. By day, I work in Adtech and remain active within the NYC Rugby community. I am passionate about all things fitness, training, and food in addition to being a proud plant dad.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>There is no one-size fits all method to training. At Ethic, each workout plan is designed specifically for the end-user based on their experience, lifestyle, and goals. You will find that each plan is challenging while taking into account what makes training fun for you. How does it work? To build a plan up to your specs, you must fill out a brief questionnaire to helps us understand more about you. We’re curious to learn more about your preferences and what makes you tick. Each plan is 6-weeks and comes with detailed instruction on how to perform each workout. Upon completion you can purchase another plan to build upon your gains or try something new.       <image:title>House Calls - In-Home Training at Your Location within Brooklyn &amp; Lower Manhattan These are In-Home 1:1 personal training sessions where I come to you to train at your home, your building’s gym facility, office, or even a nearby park. Equipment is not required, but highly encouraged. In your consultation we will discuss what will work best for you given the space and equipment available. Details Each session is 1-hour and is inclusive of a warm-up and recovery. Trainings sessions are dynamic and can include a variation of different training styles such as HIIT, Functional Training, Hypertrophy, and Circuits.
