  • What is your Cancellation Policy?

    You must cancel your booked training session no later than 12 hours before your booked session; otherwise you will be charged the full price. You may cancel a session online or by emailing hello@trainethic.com.

  • Do I need gym equipment?

    Some sort of gym equipment is preferred, but not mandatory for any product or service. Body Weight movements can be just as challenging as any dumbbell or machine.

  • Can I do virtual training from my own gym?

    Yes! You can Facetime or video chat your trainer to receive personal instruction while you workout at any gym.

  • How long do personal training sessions last?

    All sessions last approximately 1-hour. There is a 5-min buffer at the end of each session to account for tardiness, extra instruction, or feedback.

  • What parts of Brooklyn/Manhattan do you serve?

    House Calls can take place at any residential or office building with a gym or a park within the following areas: Below 34th St Manahattan, Wiiliamsburg, Bushwick, Crown Heights, DUMBO, Bed-Stuy, Downtown BK, Prospect Park, Clinton Hill, and Ridgewood.

  • How do you manage back to back House Calls?

    The booking calendar is set up to automatically block 20 minutes after each session to allow time for travel and set up for the next client. Punctuality should be valued by both parties.

  • Do you offer group trainings?

    To inquire about group training rates, please email hello@trainethic.com.

    Group sessions can be no more than 4 persons.
