House Calls
In-Home Training at Your Location within Brooklyn & Lower Manhattan
These are In-Home 1:1 personal training sessions where I come to you to train at your home, your building’s gym facility, office, or even a nearby park.
Equipment is not required, but highly encouraged. In your consultation we will discuss what will work best for you given the space and equipment available.
Details
Each session is 1-hour and is inclusive of a warm-up and recovery.
Trainings sessions are dynamic and can include a variation of different training styles such as HIIT, Functional Training, Hypertrophy, and Circuits.
No session will be like the last to help you grow, work hard, and see results.
