In-Home Training at Your Location within Brooklyn & Lower Manhattan


These are In-Home 1:1 personal training sessions where I come to you to train at your home, your building’s gym facility, office, or even a nearby park.

Equipment is not required, but highly encouraged. In your consultation we will discuss what will work best for you given the space and equipment available.



Details

  • Each session is 1-hour and is inclusive of a warm-up and recovery.

  • Trainings sessions are dynamic and can include a variation of different training styles such as HIIT, Functional Training, Hypertrophy, and Circuits.

  • No session will be like the last to help you grow, work hard, and see results.
